Dr. Ray Kurzweil found out that it is the negative Oxidation Reduction Potential (-ORP) and not its alkalinity that removes acidic waste and free radicals from body.

Process of Ionization – Electrolysis
Perfection consists of an Antibac Submicron Filter (ASF) with pore size of 0.2 micron and built-in Activated Carbon Filter (ACF).
Step 1 : Source water is firstly filtered by our Antibac Submicron Filter for the purpose of removing mud, soil, bacteria and other organic matters.
Step 2 : Secondly, the water is further filtered by Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) ito remove chlorine, unpleasant taste, odor, and other undesirable impurities from tap water.
Step 3: Finally, the clean filtered water is channelled into round disc water cell in Perfection Ionizer, where the minerals in the water are ionized through the process electrolysis to produce alkaline ionic water and acidic ionic water for drinking and cleaning purposes respectively.

During electrolysis, reduction happens whereabouts negative electrode (cathode) gain tons of electrons and when it reacts with H+, Hydrogen gas (H2) will produce in the water. Hydrogen molecules are written as H2 because it always comes in a pair of hydrogen atoms. Hydrogen gas can be seen as tiny bubbles escaping from the electrolyte at the cathode and anode as well.

H+ remains unchanged and turns water to be more acidic in nature. During electrolysis, positive and negative ions are free to move towards the electrode of opposite charge. Positive ions will move towards cathode and negative ions will move towards anode. The ratio of hydrogen and oxygen is 2:1
Ions are formed in the water when water molecules break to form positively charged hydrogen ions and negatively charged hydroxide ions. Two types of water will product simultaneously and release through different outlets.
